Great Room
Our Great Room is large enough to accommodate residents and their families, yet warm and inviting with a fire in the fireplace in season. This room is decorated by our activities coordinator for every season and major holiday throughout the year. We also have wide screen digital T.V. and music (piano, organ and compact disk) for the enjoyment of our residents.

Dining Room
Residents are encouraged to participate in family style meals in our spacious dining room. Our dining room has been designed for seating family and friends allowing for the socialization of our residents at meals. We provide home-cooked meals with whole grain goodness, a strong emphasis on organic fruits and vegetables, most grown in our resident maintained garden in season.

Landscaped Grounds-Gardens-Elder Park
Our residents can enjoy our award-winning gardens and landscaped grounds from either one of our covered porches, the back deck, or a bench in Westin Woods Elder Park. Some suites have decks and all suites have views of the grounds or the park.

Westin Woods Elder Park and nature sanctuary, located adjacent to Sunnybrook, has a paved walking trail with benches, a water feature, a covered pavilion for residents to enjoy and commune with nature, and raised gardens. The pavilion is a great place for group or family gatherings. Sunnybrook holds several outdoor events in the pavilion each year. View Screenshow of grounds.

Special & Outdoor Activities
Our full-time Activity Director promotes a wide variety of activities ranging from crafts, music, exercise classes, Bingo, community service projects and social outings around Hendersonville. We offer weekly walking programs to explore the beauty and adventure in life, including reservations at local restaurants and apple orchard tours. The resident-maintained vegetable garden is also a great way to enjoy the great outdoors during the spring, summer, and fall.

Physical Therapy & Whirlpool
A therapy room is available for residents who require physical or other special therapy, including hot wax therapy. A whirlpool tub for hydro therapy is also available for residents.

Beauty Salon
A on-site beauty salon is available for the convenience of our residents.
