Long-Term Residential Care

Frail older adults whose needs cannot be safely or adequately met living at home, but do not need nursing home level of care may choose to live out their lives at Sunnybrook Assisted Living. Aging in Place means that as a resident’s needs increase, including the occasional need for skilled nursing care, the resident will remain at Sunnybrook and receive such services.
